Nah. That very first clip was just Gerrit Cole being an over emotional whiny little crybaby. I don’t think Gomez was a toxic player. He just was doing stuff long before it was socially acceptable in the MLB. Almost every clip of him is because he pimped his homers and pitchers/catchers always got butt hurt. He’d fit in fine today.
